I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its breathtaking view of Kandy Lake from my private balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, making my time there very enjoyable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Temple of the Tooth, but the service could be improved since it felt a bit too nosy at times. The dining options left something to be desired, as the breakfast was quite basic for the price. Overall, I found it to be good value for money despite the dining shortcomings.

The hotel had a stunning view from our private balcony that I absolutely loved, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, despite checking in late at 4 PM, our room wasn't ready, which was quite inconvenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were some miscommunications regarding our needs. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money considering the beautiful location by the lake, but some improvements in service would make it even better.
